Florinthe "Flo" LaBrack
March 18, 1910 — July 14, 2008
Florinthe J. "Flo" LaBrack, 98, of Sunbridge Nursing Home, Wolfeboro, NH, formerly of 116 Church Street, Gardner, died peacefully in her sleep, Monday, July 14th, in Sunbridge Nursing Home, following a long period of failing health.
Born in Gardner on March 18, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Adelard and Marie (Jean) Fournier.
Prior to retiring in 1975, "Flo" was a nurse attendant for nine years, employed the by the Templeton Developmental Center, Baldwinville.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Gardner.
"Flo" enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband of 29 years, Leon F. LaBrack, who died in 1961.
She leaves one son, Jean L. LaBrack and his wife Bonnie D. of Dover, NH; two grandchildren, Kristin L. Stearns of Alton, NH and Katherine M. Powers of Fort Worth, TX; four great-grandchildren, Lauren and Gary Stearns, and Brendan and Kyle Powers; several nephews, including Donald J. P. Casavant and Normand L. Boucher both of Gardner and several nieces and cousins. She was predeceased by three sisters, Leona Casavant, Yvonne A. Boucher and Rena M. Fournier.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 19th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours in the funeral home will be Friday, July 18th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
