Eric William Adams, 24, of 108 Highland Street, Winchendon, died unexpectedly Friday, December 12th, in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, 55 Lake Ave. North, Worcester.
Born in Gardner on April 22, 1984, he was the son of Diana Lee (Adams) Cardinale of Henderson, NV.
Eric was a Disc Jockey for Heart-N-Motion of Winchendon for several years.
Eric was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Winchendon.
He enjoyed music and working on cars. Eric loved snowboarding and participated in events at Mt. Wachusett Ski Area in Princeton.
Besides his mother, he leaves his stepfather, Paul N. Cardinale of Henderson, NV; his maternal grandmother, Carole (White) Caouette and her husband Henry of Winchendon; his maternal grandfather, David Adams and his wife Martha of Wappingers Falls, NY; one brother, Brandon Dauphinais of Henderson, NV; two aunts, Kerri Adams of CT and Lauri Blake and her husband Adam of Wappingers Falls, NY; two uncles, Michael Caouette and his wife Kristine of Henderson, NV and Christopher Caouette and his wife Bethany of Las Vegas, NV; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Eric also leaves his best buddy, his dog Mercedes.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 20th at 3:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Rev. Andre Dargis of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, Gardner will officiate.
Calling hours in the funeral home will be Saturday, December 20th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
