Elizabeth Provencher (Robichaud))

Elizabeth (Thibault) (Robichaud) Provencher, 102, of 125 Connors St., Gardner died Monday in the Leo P. LaChance Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing, Gardner, following an illness.
Born in Gardner on January 5, 1901, she was the daughter of Joseph and Ernestine (Coulombe) Thibault.
She was a housekeeper employed by the former Gardner State Hospital for several years until retiring in 1963.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church and its Ladies of St. Anne Society.
Her first husband, Emile Robichaud, died in 1949. Her husband, Clinton Provencher, died in 1959.
She leaves a son Maurice E. Robichaud of Athol, a daughter, Helen Cormier of Gardner; 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St., Gardner.

Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.

Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
