Edward E. “Ed” “Eddie” Truehart, Jr., 55, of Athol, died unexpectedly, Monday, June 1, 2020, in Athol Memorial Hospital, Athol, after a long illness.
Born in Athol on October 7, 1964, he was the son of Diane (Newman) Truehart and the late Edward E. Truehart, Sr. He received his GED and attended classes at Greenfield Community College. Edward was a graphic artist employed by several businesses.
Edward loved to play video games, and especially adored his cat, Shadow. But the time that he truly cherished and loved the most was time spent with his family.
Besides his mother and step-father Paul Martin, Edward is survived by his wife of 14-years Kina L. (Vallee) Truehart of Athol; a step-daughter, Danielle Parker-Olko and her spouse Jen of Enfield, CT; four sisters, Cindy White and her husband Mark of Athol, Lynn Truehart of Springfield, Paula Pottinger and husband Carlos of Athol, and Wendy of New Hampshire; a granddaughter, Cloie Parker; a close niece Beth Morris; and several other nieces, nephews, cousins.
He was predeceased by his son, Matthew Truehart; a brother, Carl Morse.
