Edward S. Sullivan

Edward (Eddie) S. Sullivan, 66, of Gardner, formerly of Revere, died unexpectedly Monday, November 25, 2024, in his residence.

Born in Chelsea on June 8, 1958, he was the son of the late John and Carol (Long) Sullivan. He graduated from Chelsea High School with the Class of 1977. Eddie was a United States Navy Veteran serving from 1977 to 1980. After serving in the Navy he built a career as a general contractor working and finishing his career with the Veterans Administration in Bedford, MA.

Eddie had a big personality and a big heart. He loved his family, Boston sports, history and cherished both being a veteran and helping other veterans.

Eddie is survived by his wife Carolyn nee Lombardozi, his son Eddie (Alex) Sullivan, his daughter Jessica (Tyla) Sullivan, brother Brian (Jenifer) Sullivan and nephews Harry and Luke

He was predeceased by his mother, Carol Sullivan nee Long ,and his father, John Sullivan

A Funeral Mass will be held at Monday, December 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, 194 Nichols Street, Chelsea, MA. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, 302 Elm Street, Everett, MA.
