Edgar E. Pelletier, 54, of 81 Airport Road, Gardner died Monday, November 19th in his residence following a long courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Gardner on August 9, 1953, the son of the late Edmond Pelletier.
Prior to becoming disabled, Edgar was employed by L-Z Kamman Co. of Gardner.
He was a 1973 graduate of Gardner High School, Gardner.
Edgar was a member of the P.A.C.C. of Gardner, and a social member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 747 of Gardner.
Edgar enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing and working on cars.
Besides his mother Bertha (Saulnier) Pelletier-Hietala of Gardner, he leaves two brothers, James Saulnier of Gardner and George Pelletier and his wife Constance of Templeton; two aunts, Lorraine Misner of Moncton, Canada and Irene LeBlanc of Largo, FL; one nephew, and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 24th at 10:00 am in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours in the funeral home will be Friday, November 23rd from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
