Edgar J. Cormier, 80, of Seattle, WA, formerly of Gardner, died Tuesday, November 18, 2014 in Queen Anne Healthcare of Seattle, WA.
He was born in Gardner on June 17, 1934, the son of the late Edward J. and Celina (Lajoie) Cormier.
Edgar graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1950.
He was a United States Vietnam War Army Veteran.
Edgar was employed as the Manager of an apartment complex in Seattle.
He leaves three brothers, Ronald Cormier and his wife Gloria of Gardner, Edmond Cormier and his wife Annie of Gardner and Leo Cormier of Gardner; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Lorraine Pulaski.
Funeral Services and burial will be held Thursday, December 11th at 3:00 p.m. in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon.
There are no calling hours.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA 01440.
