Dorilla "Doreen" M. (Green) LeBlanc, 88, of 71 Walnut St., Baldwinville and formerly of 395 Parker St., Gardner, died Thursday, December 7th, in her residence following a long illness.
Born in Moncton, N.B. Canada on December 5, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Fidele and Emma (LeBlanc) Green.
Dorilla was a housekeeper employed in the local area for several years.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Church in Gardner. Dorilla enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and her dog "Lucky".
Her husband of 38 years, Joseph H. LeBlanc died in 1998.
She leaves a daughter, Janice T. Couture and her husband Thomas; two grandchildren, Margaret A. and Alan J. Couture all of Baldwinville; a sister, Cleola Richard of Worcester; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Dorilla was predeceased by three brothers, Azor, Lionel and Aquila Green, and two sisters, Amanda Casey and Rita Green.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 12th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner, with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Monday, December 11, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
