Donald M. "Mike" Lindskog, 61, of Gardner, died peacefully Sunday, October 4, 2015 in Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Gardner, following a long illness.
Mike was born in Brockton on January 4, 1954, the son of Charles and Alice "Sisti" (Henriques) Lindskog.
He graduated from Brockton High School with the Class of 1972.
Mike was a machine operator employed by Mohawk Wire and Cable Corporation of Leominster for several years, retiring due to illness. He was previously employed by General Electric Company.
Mike was an extremely talented woodworker and carpenter, and he also enjoyed gardening.
Besides his mother, Alice "Sisti" (Henriques) Lindskog of Lake Havasu, AZ, he leaves one son, Andrew M. Lindskog of Gardner; his former wife, Cynthia (LeBlanc) Miller and her husband Lenny of Gardner; two brothers, Richard Lindskog of Lake Havasu, AZ and Thomas Lindskog of Kingman, AZ; one sister, Elizabeth Eliot and her husband Jonathan of Tujunga, CA; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 16th at 7:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be held at a later date in Immaculate Conception Cemetery of Easton.
