Debra K"Deb" Cody

Debra K. "Deb" (Dunham) Cody, 62, of Gardner, died Wednesday, February 10, 2016 in Heywood Hospital of Gardner, following a long illness.
Born in Waltham, MA on February 28, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Mary (Spinelli) Dunham. Debra was raised and educated in Waltham.
She was a member of the former Sacred Heart of Jesus Church of Gardner.
Debra spent her life as a homemaker and treasured spending time with her family. She enjoyed gardening, walking and coloring. She loved hairdressing and spending time boating on the Connecticut River.
She leaves her husband of 19 years, Charles L. Cody of Gardner; one son, Jason A. Herold of Douglas; one daughter, Heather A. Herold of Waltham; one brother, Wayne F. Dunham of Waltham; two sisters, Darlene E. Burket and her husband William of Orlando, FL and Denise A. Cram of Waltham; three grandchildren Makayla, Brooke and Autumn; one brother-in-law, William Cody and his wife Donna of Wareham; mother-in-law, Gilda M. (DeSimone) Cody of Wareham; one aunt Arlene Keyes of Batavia, NY; nieces and nephews, Laura-Jean, Christine, Wayne, Colleen, Billy and Michelle; and several cousins. She was predeceased by her nephew, Shawn.
Funeral Services and burial will be held Tuesday, February 16th at 12:00 p.m. in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon.
Calling hours will be held Monday, February 15, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner.
