Debra Ann Bourgeois

Debra Ann Bourgeois, 58, of Gardner, died peacefully Tuesday, August 16, 2022, in UMass Memorial Medical Center, Worcester, after an illness.

Born in Gardner on May 6, 1964, she was the daughter of Eva (Caissie) Bourgeois of Gardner and the late James Bourgeois. After receiving her GED, Debra went on to work in medical records.

Debra enjoyed listening to music, attending various concerts throughout her life. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren, treasuring all the moments they had together.

Besides her mother, Debra is survived by her son, Kyle Bourgeois and his wife Venessa of Athol; six grandchildren, Callie Mercado, Khloe Bourgeois, Jackson and Colson Bourgeois, Bryan and Matthew Drisdelle; three sisters, Becky Bourque and her husband Steven of Gardner, Anne Arslan and her husband Erkan of West Springfield, and Carrie Bourgeois and her wife Carmen of Baldwinville; three brothers, Timothy Bissonnette of Baldwinville, Kevin Bourgeois of Gardner, Jason Bourgeois and his wife Heidi of Gardner; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her father, she was predeceased by her stepmother Janice; her daughter, Dawn Lynne Bourgeois; and her brother, David Richard.

Graveside Services will be held Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner, MA.
