Deborah A. Toland, 49, of 442 Otter River Road, Templeton, died suddenly Friday, November 14, 2014, after being stricken ill.
Born in Boston on December 21, 1964, she was the daughter of John and Carole (Brooks) Toland.
Deborah graduated from Fitchburg High School, Fitchburg with the Class of 1983.
She was employed by Christopher's Pub of Leominster as a bartender for the past 18 years.
Deborah was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner.
She was a huge fan of the New England Patriots, loved her cat Mazy and took pride in taking care of her family and friends.
Deborah leaves her mother, Carole (Brooks) Toland of Fitchburg; her life partner of 33 years, Carl J. LaPlante of Templeton; three brothers, John F. Toland and his wife Pamela of Weymouth, Richard W. Toland of Fitchburg and Anthony P. Toland of Fitchburg; one sister, Kelly A. Toland of Charlestown; two nieces, Michelle and Samantha Toland; one nephew, John Toland; many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, November 20th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, November 19th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Gardner Animal Control Facility, with checks made payable to City of Gardner Shelter Fund, c/o Board of Health, 95 Pleasant Street, Room 29, Gardner, MA 01440.
