Deborah "Debbie" Ann (Carlson) Laliberte, 56, of 173 West Street, Gardner, died peacefully in her sleep Sunday, May 16th, in her residence.
Born in Gardner on October 28, 1953, she was the daughter of William Carlson and Janet (Dobson) Carlson.
At the time of her death, Debbie was a Case Manager employed by the Henry Lee Willis Center of Gardner, for the past four years. She was previously employed by the Institute of Professional Practice of Fitchburg.
Debbie graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1971. She earned her degree in Human Services from Mount Wachusett Community College, Gardner in 1999.
Debbie was a member of Chestnut Street Methodist Church, Gardner. She was also a member of the West End Beagle Club, Gardner.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies and family. Her hobbies included taking pictures, scrap booking, and Monday night dinners. Debbie also enjoyed playing cribbage and yahtzee.
She leaves her mother, Janet (Dobson) Carlson of Hayward, CA; five sons, Marc A. Barrieault of Gardner, Aaron T. Laliberte and his wife Emily of Gardner, Ryan E. Laliberte and his wife Cynthia of Gardner, Matthew J. Laliberte of Winchendon and Zachery A. Richard of Gardner; her one baby girl, Janet C. Carlson of Gardner; one sister, Rebecca J. McPherson and her husband Gordon of East Templeton; nine grandchildren, Austin Laliberte, Olivia Laliberte, Abigail Laliberte, Rylee Barrieault, Kalum Dunn, Jameson Laliberte, Boston Laliberte, Jordan Laliberte and Cali Laliberte; several aunts and uncles; one favorite niece, Brenda L. McPherson; four nephews, Robert L. Mercier, Craig W. McPherson, Joel A. Mercier and Kyle W. Carlson; one great niece, Mikayla Grabowski. Debbie was predeceased by her father, William Carlson and by her sister, Sharon Payne.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 21st at 10:00 a.m. in Redemption Rock Church, 1 Central Park, Westminster. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner are Thursday, May 20th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
