Dawn "Dawn-Lynne" L. Bourgeois, 21, of 156 Manca Drive, Gardner, died unexpectedly Saturday in Heywood Hospital, Gardner.
Born in Gardner on February 20, 1982, she was the daughter of James E. LaChance of Winchendon and Debra A. Bourgeois of Gardner.
She graduated from Gardner High School in 2000. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.
Besides her parents, she leaves a daughter, Callie Ann Cote of Gardner; her paternal grandparents, Roger & Alice LaChance of Winchendon; her maternal grandmother, Eva M. (Caissie) Bourgeois of Gardner; step-maternal grandmother, Janice M. Bourgeois of Winchendon; 2 brothers, Kyle A. Bourgeois and James St.John Smith, both of Gardner; several aunts, uncles, 1 niece, and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Friday from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols St., Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

NOTE: Due to the extreme cold weather predicted for Thursday evening, those who are NOT PREPARED to stand outside for a lengthy period of time are asked to report directly to Holy Rosary Church for the service on Friday.
