Daniel G. "Bub" Maillet

Daniel G. "Bub" Maillet, 57, of 244B Porter St., Manchester, NH and formerly of Gardner, died Thursday, April 8th in Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH following an illness.
Born in Gardner on May 25, 1946, he was the son of Aurele N. and Leta (Malone) Maillet.
He was a Social Worker employed by the Manchester, NH Department of Public Welfare for 6 years.
He graduated from Higgins Academy in East Corinth, Maine and in 1985 he graduated from Fitchburg State College with a Masters Degree in Social Work.
Mr. Maillet served in the U.S. Coast Guard for four years.
He was formerly a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Gardner.
He leaves a daughter, Kierstin Mahalingam and her husband, Ragho of Dunstable; 1 brother, Victor A. Maillet of E. Templeton; 2 sisters, Barbara Cohen of Boston and Beatrice Eaton of East Templeton; 2 grandchildren, Courtney Fillebrown and Nina Mahalingham. He was predeceased by a sister, Priscilla Laprise of Boston.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 12th at 8:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner.

Following cremation, burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Calling hours at the funeral home are Monday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
