Corinne M Ayotte-Kislus

Corinne M. (Couture) Ayotte-Kislus, 50, of 215 Fitch Road, Phillipston, passed away quietly in her residence Sunday, November 23, 2014, following a brief illness, surrounded by her loving husband Mark and two precious puppies, Bentley and Tori.
Born in Biddeford, Maine on June 30, 1964, she was the daughter of Elizabeth (LaPlante) (Couture) Sherwood and the late Clem Couture.
Corrine attended Cushing Academy of Ashburnham, and graduated from Gardner High School of Gardner with the Class of 1981. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of Honolulu, Hawaii in 1985.
Prior to moving to Phillipston, Corrine lived on Cape Cod for many years and was a Pre-Natal Registered Nurse employed by Cape Cod General Hospital for 28 years. During her years on Cape Cod she was neighbors and friends with Tom Hamilton of Aerosmith. She was also the Regional Director of Pampered Chef.
Corinne raised and showed Bull Mastiffs. She was a survivor of the Station Nightclub fire in Warwick, RI in 2003. Corinne enjoyed life to fullest. She was truly an Angel on Earth who will be deeply missed by so many.
Besides her mother, Betty (LaPlante) (Couture) Sherwood; she leaves her husband of two years, Mark E. Kislus of Phillipston; one son, Ammon Kislus and his significant other, Noelle Quirk of South Hadley; one sister, Connie Helstrowski and her husband Stan of Athol; five grandchildren, Kaios Kislus, Piper Kislus, Noah Kislus, Joel Ayotte and Damarri Ayotte; many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and several dear friends who all loved her. She also leaves Daniel and two foster daughters that she raised. Corinne was predeceased by two brothers, Daniel and Donald Couture.
There are no Funeral Services or calling hours scheduled.
According to Corinne's wishes there will be a 'Celebration of Her Life' in the Spring of 2015. Details will be announced to family, friends and loved ones at a later date.
