Cheryl A. Hoodak

Cheryl A. (Berggren) Hoodak, 56, of Ashburnham, died Thursday, August 12th in UMASS Memorial Healthcare, Worcester, following an illness.

She was born in Elmira, NY on September 18, 1947.

She was a 1965 graduate of Elmira Heights, NY High School. She was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxillary Post 129 of Gardner.
Mrs. Hoodak enjoyed arts, crafts, and nature. She had a great love of life and especially enjoyed spending time near fresh or salt water.

She leaves her husband of 38 years, Joseph G. Hoodak of Ashburnham; 1 daughter, Joanne M. Lecuyer of Hollis, NH; her parents Alonzo and Katherine (Bertch) Berggren of Elmira Heights, NY; 2 granddaughters, Deanna M. and Josanne M. Lecuyer; 1 uncle, Robert Berggren and 1 aunt, Onolee Dempsey both of NY.

A graveside service in the MA Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Winchendon, will be at the convenience of the family.
