Bruce C. Woollacott, 67, 83 Clark Street, Shirley, died Friday, May 21st in Keystone Center, Leominster, following an illness.
Born in Fitchburg on August 14, 1942, he was the son of the late John L. and Marjorie M. (Fellows) Woollacott.
Bruce was a plasterer, employed by Pelletier Construction Company of Fitchburg for several years.
He served in the United States Navy aboard the USS North Hampton.
Bruce was a member of Rollstone Congregational Church, Fitchburg.
He was a fan of NASCAR racing, enjoyed gardening and traveling to the ocean at Old Orchard Beach, Maine. He also enjoyed antique pirate ships and paintings.
Bruce leaves two sons, Kevin Woollacott and his wife Deborah of Westminster and Joseph Woollacott of Cambridge; one stepson, Raymond Mahon and his wife Ellen of Dracut; one stepdaughter, Kathy Mahon of Fitchburg; one sister, Joan R. Richard-Cardillo of Winchendon; one aunt, Florence Harris of Gainsville, FL; two nieces, Renee M. Graves and Stacey J. Laplante; one nephew, John Laplante; and one stepgrandaughter, Chelsea Mahon.
There are no funeral services and calling hours.
