Bruce S. Beaton, 57, of Hartford, Ct, formerly of Gardner, MA died suddenly Wednesday, May 18, 2011 in St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, CT after being stricken ill.
Born in Gardner on August 23, 1953, he was the son of the late Alexander Beaton and Rita (Dymek) Beaton-Fluet.
Bruce graduated from North Brookfield High School with the Class of 1971. He was a self-employed laborer.
Bruce was an avid sports fan who enjoyed all sports, especially baseball.
He leaves his mother, Rita (Dymek) Beaton-Fluet of Gardner; three brothers, John C. Beaton and his wife Karen of Gardner, Kevin M. Beaton and his wife Lisa of Gardner and Michael J. Beaton and his fiance Shannon Regienus of Templeton; one sister, Mary Jane Beaton-Doyle and her husband Joshua of Seattle, WA; one uncle, Stanley Dymek of North Carolina; several nieces, nephews, cousins, great aunts and great uncles. Private Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
