Amparo “Ampi” (Llabros) Provencher, 69, of Gardner, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021, in Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing, Worcester, after an illness.
Born in Pampanga, Philippines, on May 14, 1951, she was the daughter of Edward J. Loftus and Concisa Llabros. She graduated from Pemberton High School, Pemberton, NJ, with the Class of 1970. Ampi was an assembler employed by Simplex Time Recorder for several years. She was previously employed by Digital Equipment Corporation.
Ampi was a parishioner of Annunciation Parish of Gardner. She enjoyed playing BINGO and going shopping. Ampi loved to take trips down to Cape Cod and enjoy all it had to offer.
Besides her parents, Ampi is survived by her husband, Robert R. Provencher of Gardner; a daughter, Sabrina Provencher of Houston, TX; three sons, Ethen Provencher and his wife Jessica of Gardner, Waylon Provencher of Gardner, and Beau Provencher of Gardner; two sisters, May Renna and her husband Alfonso of Browns Mills, NJ, and Dorothy Childers and her husband Franklin of Plymouth, PA; six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a dear friend Mary Holmquist.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 22, 2021, with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in Annunciation Parish at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA.
Masks and Social Distancing will be required.
