Alvine R. Bouchard

Alvine R. (Martin) Bouchard, 90, of Baldwinville, formally of Gardner, died peacefully in Alliance Health at Baldwinville on Wednesday, April 8, 2020. 

Born on April 15, 1929, in St. Basil, New Brunswick, Canada, to the late Alfred and Christine (Bois) Martin. Alvine was the co-owner with her husband, Ronald, of Bouchard’s Floor Covering, for over 30-years.

She was a member of Annunciation Parish at Holy Rosary Church. Alvine was an avid bowler and bingo player, enjoyed knitting and crocheting, but her greatest enjoyment and love in life was spending time with her family.

Besides her husband of 72-years, Ronald Bouchard, she leaves three sons Jacques A. Bouchard of Winchendon, Roger A. Bouchard of Leominster and his ex-wife Lynn Valiton of Princeton, and Carl A. Bouchard and his wife Christine of Gardner; three daughters Jacqueline M. Callan and her husband Don of Enosburg Falls, Vermont, Rachel A. Pikkarain and her husband David of Ashburnham, and Christine A. Gemborys and her husband Bruce of Gardner; thirteen grandchildren Jessica, Melissa, Jennifer, John, Brandon, Jodie, Holly, Shawn, Justin, Harmony, Vanessa, Hunter, and Cassie; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by five brothers, Alcide, Hector, Ronald, Leonard, and Gerald Martin; four sisters, Anita Jalbert, Gaetane Voisine, Marie Lavoie, and Almida Voisine.

Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
