Aline A. (Richard) (Gallant) Rotti, 84, of Gardner, died peacefully Thursday, February 16, 2017 in Wachusett Manor Nursing Home of Gardner, surrounded by her family.
Aline was born in Gardner on August 19, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Francois and Maria (Bourgeois) Richard.
She was employed for several years by the City of Gardner as a cafeteria worker at both Gardner Middle School and Gardner High School. After retiring in 1991, she worked at Aubuchon Hardware of Westminster.
Aline was a member of Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner.
She was a woman of strong faith; her religion and her family were the priorities of her life. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Aline was predeceased by her second husband, Costa Rotti who died in 1991. Her first husband, Emile O. Gallant died in 2006.
She leaves three sons, Richard Gallant and his wife Cindy of Leominster, Joseph Gallant and his wife Nancy of Wilmington, NC and Timotee Gallant and his wife Sherry of Ashburnham; five daughters, Jeanne Clark-Isola and her husband Bill of Gardner, Nancy Apholt and her husband Don of Oakham, Mary Crocker and her husband Larry of Charlestown, NH, Christine Deslauries of Ellenton, FL, and Jackie Pelchat and her husband Rene of Gardner; three sisters, Charlotte Rathburn and her husband Don of Baldwinville, Roseanne Fuller of Templeton and Diane Chioda of Auburn; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Aline was predeceased by two brothers, Louis and George Richard.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 11th at 11:00 a.m. in Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Gardner.
