Alan W. Weidenhof, 48, of 38 Stewart St., Gardner died Wednesday, April 21st in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, Worcester, following a brief illness.
Born in Shirley on December 31, 1956, he was the son of Walter Weidenhof.
He was a mold technician employed by T.R.W. Fasteners of Westminster for 16 years.
He was a 1975 graduate of Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, Fitchburg. He was a member of Bethany Bible Chapel of Winchendon.
He was a handyman working with and fixing computers, rebuilding cars, landscaping and gardening.
He leaves his wife of 5 years, Brenda T. (Callan) Weidenhof of Gardner; his mother, Masako (Kaneko) Weidenhof of Ashby; 4 daughters, Jillian Weidenhof of Gardner, Erin, Chantelle and Keri Weidenhof all of Phillipston; 1 stepson, Brandon Jacob Comeau and wife Tiffany of Baldwinville; 2 stepdaughters, Sabrina L. Duangmanee and Shannon A. Vautour both of Gardner; 1 brother Arthur F. Weidenhof of Slippery Rock, PA; 2 sisters, Arleen Mae Reid of Arroyo Grande, CA and Annette M. Rice of Ashby; 5 stepgrandchildren, Taylor Lynn and Owen Vautour, BryAnna and Jonah Duangmanee, Damian Comeau; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, April 26th @ 11:30 a.m. in Bethany Bible Chapel, 727 Spring St., Winchendon. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn., 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
The Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols St., Gardner is in charge of arrangements.
