Judith "Judy" Joseph
Judith A. “Judy” Joseph, 72, of Phillipston, died peacefully Monday, November 20, 2017 in her residence following a long illness.
Born in Gardner on July 22, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Korem) Joseph.
Judy graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1963. She received her Associates Degree in Education from Mount Wachusett Community College of Gardner and received her Bachelors of Science Degree in English from Fitchburg State University.
Judy was employed in the Accounts Payable Department of Simplex Time Recorder of Westminster and Gardner for several years, retiring in 2005. She was previously employed by Heywood Hospital of Gardner and Massachusetts General Hospital of Boston as an X-Ray Technician.
Judy enjoyed going for car rides, gardening and doing puzzles. She also enjoyed spending time at the casino and at the beach.
She leaves her partner, Elaine J. Parady of Phillipston; one brother, Nabeeh A. Joseph of Gardner; one sister, Elaine Noone and her husband Arthur of The Villages, FL; two nephews, Sean Noone and Brian Noone; and five great-nephews. She also leaves her cat ‘George’ whom she adored. Judy was predeceased by two brothers, James Joseph and Eddie Joseph.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 2nd at 1:00 p.m. in the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner.
A calling hour will be held Saturday, December 2nd from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
